Job Title:  Operations Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented  Operations Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing cleaning schedules and providing accurate service estimates for our multifamily cleaning operations.  

Key Responsibilities: •  Coordinate and optimize cleaning crew schedules  - Respond to service inquiries   - Provide detailed estimates to potential clients   - Coordinate with property managers and clients   - Cleaning 

Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in operations manager coordination or similar role • Strong organizational and time management skills • Customer service
