Job Title:  Operations Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented  Operations Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing cleaning schedules and providing accurate service estimates for our multifamily cleaning operations.  

Key Responsibilities: • Schedule Management   - Coordinate and optimize cleaning crew schedules   - Manage service calendars and appointment bookings   - Handle schedule changes and adjust resources accordingly   - Ensure efficient allocation of cleaning teams 

Estimation & Pricing   - Assess cleaning project requirements   - Calculate accurate time and resource estimates   - Prepare and provide detailed service quotes   - Consider property size, scope, and specific cleaning needs 

Client Communication   - Respond to service inquiries   - Provide detailed estimates to potential clients   - Coordinate with property managers and clients   - Handle scheduling communications 

Team Coordination   - Mediate between cleaning teams and management   - Monitor service delivery timelines   - Ensure proper resource allocation   - Coordinate with supervisors for special requests 

Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in operations manager coordination or similar role • Strong organizational and time management skills •  communication skills  • Proficiency in scheduling software  • Detail-oriented  • Experience in customer service • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure 

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the cleaning or facility management industry • Knowledge of cleaning processes and standards • Background in project estimation • Familiarity with multifamily properties • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
